That is a difficult question for me because I think I err on the other side of being too empathetic at times. Judy helps balance me, and if she were as empathetic as me, we would lose something important. Personally, I think she could perhaps be a little more empathetic, but I fear to press that issue because I don't want to lose what Judy brings to the table.
