What makes the difference JD?  Your opinion?  Worldly systems?  Great works?

"Surely men of low degree are a vapor - men of high degree are a lie; if they are weighed
on the scales they are altogether lighter than vapor" (Ps 62:9)

"So be not highminded but fear; for if God did not spare the natural branches, He may
not spare you either. Therefore consider the goodness and severity of God on those who
fell severity; but toward you, goodness, IF YOU CONTINUE in His goodness. Otherwise
you will also be cut off" (Romans 11:20-22)
