History functionnality is design to register the past not the futur because
there is an assumption that the value is the main table is the current one for
now and for the futur.
I think the right way will be to register rate with from/to date.
Actually, that's more or less the idea I had. It works like teh history
functionality, except that, instead of getting the date set
automatically when you change it, you set it in an explicit way.
But I'm thinking about changing the tax design in Tryton. I will make a post
later on this.
From you email, I see that the plan is for 1.8, which makes sense,
however, do you think we may get a solution for tax change for 1.6?
