This is for all messages from roundup.
ATM I have to filter on 'New subscription' in the body, which is kind of
rather expensive and slow.

And I am getting now messages twice when I put a new issue: one as New and one
as Change. It is not a big deal, but if you have the possibility to
configure to send only one mail on issue creation, when creator has set New
Issue Copy, it would be great.
