This is to inform you that I am starting the implementation of Email
Blueprint [1]
As discussed with cedk, there are some changes from the original blueprint
(I have just updated it).
1. The module is to be name electronic_mail to avoid conflict and/or
confusion with email module of python [2]
2. The objects are hence:
1. electronic_mail
2. electronic_mail.mailbox
3. electronic_mail.header
