I have splitted the sheet in two parts (continental and anglo-saxon).

The main difference is that the "reversal" of stock in/out is made at the end
of fiscal year in continental accounting.

As I don't know if every country can have the anglo-saxon way, I think it is
better to have the two.

I think about developping it with two modules account_stock_continental and
account_stock_anglo_saxon. And the anglo saxon will depend on continental and
will change the moves.
