Hello the list,
This is my first "real" post on this list. For those that don't know
me, I am the author of relatorio and just like Bertrand and Cédric a
former tiny employee (in fact I am the one to blame for Cédric's
hiring at tiny at that time ;)). I joined b2ck this 1st of January as
a shareholder in the company and as you already saw I made some
patches on the client.
But the main reason for this message is to talk about a python module
implementing Decimal computation in C. I saw the cdecimal announce on
the python-announce list, this module is benchmarked to have 12x
speedup over the pure-python version of Decimal and is a drop-in
replacement for Decimal.
Did anybody have already used it ? Do you think this library should be
included in trytond ?
