I think that pypi.tryton.org should be the master and the usual pypi
the fallback. Otherwise in case of conflict people will end up with
the wrong package.

We can not force people to use pypi.tryton.org except if we don't register at
all any Tryton package on pypi.python.org but I'm not sure if it is a good
strategy.

But the whole point of having pypi.tryton.org is that people will use
the right modules. So our pypi must be the master in the command line.
