I thought about py-sql and the real python module will be SQL

Naming the module SQL might be too generic. I guess there are people
that use this name for their module and that maybe one day python
might have a module that is named sql. Moreover python module name
should be lowercase (some filesystem are case insensitive).

Otherwise, I prefer pythonsql or pythonicsql or something like that.
