Hi,
Contributing use autocomplete fields, to have validated data, always seems
to me an excellent idea. As Udo Spallek proposes, to provide modules with
xml data like the chart of accounts, it was my intention in writing the
module country_ar.

The concept of subdivisions of Tryton gave me the idea to validate cities.
And my first test was to extend the class to differentiate between the
cities each other within the same province by using the Zip Code.

Phillip Heller explained the problem to correctly identify the cities in the
United States. However, in Argentina, the best way to identify the cities is
by using your ZIP code, since there are cases where the names are repeated.

Today I could not participate in the discussion because I spent the day at
the CISL2011 where Luis Falcon gave a talk on GNUHealth with Tryton, an
event attended by Richard Stallman as well.

Be a matter of doing some testing with your proposal and check if it matches
the problem in my country.

Regards.
