No, changing the dependencies inside minor release is really something
forbidden.

I think relatorio could go to 2to3 convertion.

Of course, we must wait that all dependencies are packaged into the main
distribution.
Also we need to check if Python3 (with GTK) works on MacOS X and
Windows.
But indeed, it is not really mandatory to have the same Python version
for the client and the server.
