If you set 1 to "months" it will add two months to the invoice date.
That is:
Invoice date: 2nd February of 2011
Due date: 2nd March of 2011
If you set 30 to "days" it will add 30 days to the invoice date. That is:
Invoice date: 2nd February of 2011
Due date: 4th March of 2011
If you set 1 to "months" and 25 to "day of month":
Invoice date: 2nd February of 2011
Due date: 25th March of 2011
So the system first adds the number of months, then adds the number of
days, and eventually computes the next day of the month.

What I've done is create a Checkbox that will set the "day of the
month" to 31. I think this way we can keep being user-friendly.
I agree with this proposal, keeps the previous features and adds a more
flexible way to configure the payment terms needed in other countries.
And it will be simple to configure for the end user.
