Hi, I have finished the convertion of all wizards. The codereview of the client and the server are uptodate on

As there is a lot of modifications (arround 1500 lines), I think it is
not useful to upload all those modules on codereview because there is a
lot of lines modified but only to match the new design.
And moreover, it is more important to test it than just reviewing the
code.
So I propose to push the changes on trunk and we test it from there
because applying all the patches will be very time consuming.
I still need to update proteus to work with this new design.
