This one-liner is a little bit short to give an overview of the abilities of
the package.

This will be needed as explanation, which will be the advantage and usfulness of
this library, compared to packages (like sqlalchemy) already in Debian. This
question will arise almost for sure...

But it could be phrased positively:

It is database independent, doesn't require the declaration of tables and
allows to manipulate the generated queries.
