[tryton-dev] sao: appeareance improvements and tooltips

[Code Review - New issues: guillemBarba]

This patch need a two steps review.

First one to review that all changes mades are OK.

After that, I will move the CSS declarations from css-improvements.css to 
sao.less (and some to JavaScript files).

Then, the real LGTM will be expected to make the commit.
