This is a separated followup to thread "Contribution guidelines".

As stated already earlier I think we should improve the handling of News on
tryton.org.

I am proposing the creation of a News team, that should be a sub project on
http://code.google.com/p/tryton/wiki/ProjectOrganization

- to offload some work from the shoulders of the maintainers.
- to improve quality of the content by more input, general review, professional
  handling

I am personally not very happy with the current concept of 'descriptive
changelog'. I think we perhaps even need two different
News lines, one technically orientated, another one press orientated. The
second could point to the first, if there is interest in technical details.
