Thats a brilliant idea and it introduces a lot of... lot of... new scope and
possibilities.

Looks like it will support a new idea I had. Integrating XMPP with the
request system.

So when a request is generated you get a flashing alert on the chat system
and it could have such a link like you proposed for linking the references?

Thats a cool feature as far as I can think!
