Because trytond is a framework and it will not be useful to have it in a bundle executable because you will not be able to develop on it, install any python library that you could need. But this doesn't mean that trytond doesn't work on Windows. This means that we encourage any one who wants to develop on windows to install Python for Windows and all the requirements libraries with easy_install if available.
