Hello, If you have downloaded the source, then its infact 'ready' for linux. For windows, you need to install all the dependencies.
If you are just trytin tryton out, then download the windows client and use the Tryton demo servers to connect to it. Just refer to the previous thread to know why Tryton server is available, and possible on windows, though not recommended.
