If you need a small set of feature, it would be easier to create a new
modules in tryton (I'm not a fan of integration between two software
except if there is an obvious/easy way to do it).

Btw, Tryton provides workflows (like on invoices, sale and purchase
orders, etc) and emailing (like in calendar_scheduling).
