@Paul In the meantime I have installed account_nl and as far as I can see it works well. Account_nl creates a chart of accounts according to the Dutch semi-standard system Bakker that is used in most of the Dutch accounting software. Also included are the tax rules for the Netherlands, so everything looks great! Thanks for your work.
