Probably we can have a mix, where we can start by changing the initial "look & feel", something that can be done relatively quick, while going through Anthony's proposal, where we can have the whole navigation and features of the portal. For me it's quite important to have a great looking and user-friendly portal. A homepage tells a lot about system, its community, etc...
