There is no package for windows. If you want just test, you can use neso which is an application that embed the client and the server. Otherwise you can setup a Python environment for the server on windows, you can use the all-in-one installer from pygtk [1] but you will need to install some more dependencies using the `easy_install` script. Or the last option is to setup a UNIX server for the Tryton server.
