Greetings- We'd like to simplify the Sale (and Invoice) workflows, since we don't currently have much use for the intermediate states like Quotations and Draft Invoices.
Ideally, instead of the normal workflow (Draft Sale -> Quotation -> Confirmed Sale -> Draft Invoice -> Open Invoice, correct?) we'd be able to go straight from a Draft Sale to opening an invoice. I've tried doing part of this by going into Workflows -> Sale, and adding Confirmed as an Outgoing Transition for Draft Sale; however, when creating a new Sale, I still only see Cancel and Quotation as options. Is there somewhere else I need to modify the workflow? And a related question: are the Transitions and Workflows just two different views of the same concept (i.e. a Workflow consisting of a series of Activities and the Transitions between them)?
