Limited companies pay this tax in another way.

So for freelancers and some other categories when you emit an invoice 
(usually a freelancer emits an invoice to a limited company) you must 
immediately cut 20% of the amount of the invoice. So the limited company 
give you 20% less money. But, obviously, the limited company must give this 
sum to governement as a payment in advance for your future taxes. So when 
you calculate the taxes amount X you pay X-20% of invoices because you have 
already paid it.
