No, but there is the filter dilog box which gives almost the same interface. And there are some codereview to improve it [1], [2]. Also there is the bookmark feature if it is a common query [3]. And finally, if it is a search very common that most of the users have to do, you should think about adding a menu entry linked to a wizard that will ask the right values and generate the domain.
