The analytic account is specified by product, so For example: when you
enter the invoice_line, if you select a product, the analytic account
from the product is filled by default (by the on chage event). If you
want to change the analytic you can change always change it manually
before saving the line.

It's to avoid the user enter the analytic account every time it enters a
movement.

So if you have a lot of movements from Product A and you want to
register those movements in an analytic account (always the same of
course), you don't have yo manually enter the analytic account on every
new movements.

There is no added information on the analytic_account. It's only a
simplification on the registering new analytic movements process.
