For the wizard, I think the "Relate" on Party is better as it really
show all the "payable"/"receivable" lines (filter on account can be done
later on this view).

I'm not sure to understand the purpose of such field but any way, it
doesn't scale. It is better to do such computation on a report. By the
way, is not it a kind of "Third Party Balance"?
