Indeed, we think about using my photo-camera which should be able to resgiter in 640x424 afor about 13h (with 2 battery set and 2 SD). I also have a portable tripode. For the sound, we think about buy a external voice recorder if nobody has. This will allow us to put the micro close to the speaker and record the video from the back.
