Here is the issue: https://bugs.tryton.org/issue3677
It is implemented using a warning and the test can be skiped easily with
a small custom code.
I really think despite some comments about particular usage that this is
a must to have because the majority of businesses don't want to have
products leaving the warehouse without an order (of any kind).
