Hi, thanks for your replies - sorry for my late response. Cedric, you are quite right, my Admin account wasn't linked to the company. I had set up a 'named' account for myself which was linked to the company, but my Admin account that I was using to do the config wasn't linked. Having linked the user to the company, it now seems to work as expected.
Just to clarify in simple terms for Kamilo and any other newbies who have the same issue: - In order for Company to be available in the drop-down list in the Create Chart of Accounts from Template wizard, the currently logged-in User must be associated with that company. - You set this in Administration>Users>Users - You must have already configured your company, then set it for current user (e.g. Administrator) by selecting in Main Company and Current Company. - You do not need to be a Current Employee.
