In trunk, unittest must be run using the script:
trytond/tests/run-tests.py
Only for curiosity. I searched the script in my Tryton installation
and it doesn't exist.
I only found this script: trytond/tests/test_tryton.py
Because you don't have the trunk version of trytond.
