Good morning I have a problem with Production Requests. The Create Production Requests action creates a request that I do not need. This is using a very simple BOM to receive a pack of 10 items and output 10off individual items with a different part number. I have completed this process once by manually adding a Production and have 10 of the final products in stock. But Production Requests keeps trying to request another Production for 1off of the final product. If I cancel and/or delete the Production Request it simply re-appears as a Request next time I run the Create Production Requests action.
I have looked at inventories and Moves and cannot see any reason why this Production Request keeps being triggered. Can anyone tell me exactly what triggers it and suggest any problems that might be causing this? I would assume that it is based on Draft Moves leading to a negative stock level? How can I 'kill' a Production Request in a way that it will not re-appear? Thanks, Paul
