Hi, I've got an issue with Internal Shipment - I have produced items in Production and they have been moved to Storage Zone.
If I try to ship from Storage Zone to "Cupboard 1B", which is a Location that is a child of Storage Zone, I get a "Source & destination location must be different" message. I had assumed that Storage Zone was the top level generic storage and that my specific storage locations should al be children of this. Is this correct? I have previously shipped from Storage Zone to a child storage location and it worked OK (without this message). What is the trigger for the message? Could it b telling me another problem?
