Not necessarily, there are lots of new comers who is embracing Debian now,
they may know some bit of command line but need bit of mentoring
If we could make the installation steps more better documented, we are
encouraging new comers to try out
See I know Linux, I use debian, but may be I may not have the expertise as
an through experienced person
