I try to setup the following use case in version 3.2

2 companies with one seperate chart of accounts for each company.

I understand that the access rights to the charts of accounting (including 
management of fiscal year and accounting periods) are set in some way with 
the user fields main company and current company. but I didn't manage to 
configure the system so that one user can work on both companies more or 
less at the same time without modifying the mentioned fields above. for 
example to manage the fiscal year and the accounting periods.

What is the preferred way to configure this situation with 2 companies and 
1 user for accounting?
