It just means that your configuration is wrong because root user has no
access to your database. Probably, it usually not run under root but
under some user like trytond.

PS: Please don't send picture to diplay traceback, it is text and so it
can be copy/pasted. Also it make your issue not searchable by others
which should be one of the goal of posting on this mailing list.
