Makes sense to me. Other projects are also using the same aproach, for
example Owncloud [1]
We could use the service I createdhttp://farmhouse.b2ck.com/ to ask the
rss2email to send such email for each packages. It will just require to
register every new packages (not so often 3-4 per 6 months).
We just need to ensure the visibility of each packages. This should be
managed by a script (to write).
