I am trying to create the XML upload for the Dutch COA based on the
recently developed normalized chart.
For that I am looking at the belgian one but I do not completely understand
the difference between the account.account.type.template and the
account.account.template ?

I notice that Droits et engagements hors bilan is put in the
account.account.template.
While the Actif is put in the account.account.type.template.

Is there a specific reason for doing so ?
