Hi, is there any list of requirements for the proposed venues? I.e. if I would suggest some city, would the proposal need to include e.g. a venue with a certain amount and size of rooms, technical equipment, etc., or how does the call for proposals work exactly? Does the issue of an proposal include also the takeover of the local organization, or is this something separate from it?
