It is by design. By default Tryton prevents to modify any record created
via XML file (except if explicitly allowed) because on the next update
there will be 2 options:
- override the record and your modification will be lost
- keep the modification and you will not have the update (new fields
etc.)
So to allow customization of the views, we allow to extend them by
creating a new record see [1]. This can be done via a module (if you
want to replicate your modification) or via the interface.
