At B2CK, we have written also a migration script [1]. It migrates by default many modules like party, account, product, sale, purchase etc. But with some restriction, for example it does not migrate history like posted invoices but instead only a initial balance. The process can not be automatized because there are many differences between OpenERP and Tryton so choices must be made.
