Hi, I am new to tryton. I created new instance with company "X" and I am able to link that company while creating accounts. Now I created one more company 'Y' from companies tab and I am trying to link company 'Y' while creating accounts but I am getting below error you try to read records that don't exist anymore (Document type: account.account)
This is because you user is not able to access this company. In order to define which companies your user have access you have to define the "Main Company" field on the user form. This grants access to the selected company and all their children.
Once you have granted the access you can select the current company in the User -> Preferences option in the Client. Now you have to use the "Current Company" field in order to indiciate on which company you want to "work". Once you've select the correct company, you won't have any more the access record error.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks. Sunny -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "tryton" group.
