I'm proud to say you I just get a working tryton :-D Installing gtk client at system wide way was not a proper solution for me. I ended up with a working tryton using virtualenv, nvm and, of course, python 3. :-D Thank you very much for your support. I'll email to list again with a clean and ordered doc with my install process in order to help with a humble documentation.
