For the time being, does it make sense to get this info using following steps: 1) To get who validated the invoice, get the 'create_uid' of the 'Move' created against the invoice. The 'Move' is created in state 'draft' when someone clicks on 'Validate' button. 2) To get who posted the invoice, get the 'write_uid' of the 'Move' against this invoice when the 'post_number' is available.
