In the Stock Forecast description module it is written that "The stock 
forecast module provide a simple way to create stock moves toward customers 
with a date in the future."  So, if stock forecast does not create any 
moves, how does it influence on the forecasted quantity of the product?

Do you mean stock moves create by Sale and Purchase documents?
