Dominique was talking about chart of account from template. Tryton has 3 in standard modules: account_be, account_de_skr03 and account_fr. If you do not use any of those, you can create a module and take one of those as model. But it is not strictly required to create a CoA template, you can create accounts manually (but you will not be able to replicate it)..
