I dont know why, but sometimes (on windows environments) the data in client
config files is corrupted. And because the configuration directory is not
checked at the installation process, installing the client again does not
solve the issue. I had this issue and if you delete the directory, when you
launch the (already installed) client, it creates a new one, and allows the
user to work on that computer.
