Hi Jason,

Thanks for your reply. I will look the discussion in the list.

But about this IBM eServer and the Adaptec HostRAID 29320 SCSI card no luck
:(
Finally I installed all system to one SCSI driver and make backup with
flexbackup to other hdd driver (SCSI). It's not the same as I wanted but it
works. I tried many times to load the module, but no luck. This HOSTRAID
does not work under Trustix.

Tarmo,

I don't know about the SATA version, but I do know that I was able to get an
IDE version working. Took quite a bit of time, and some building, but it
eventually worked. The discussion is on here between me and Steve Lutrov, on
November 2, 2004. You might find that information useful.

Did you ever get any help with you IBM eServer and the Adaptec HostRAID
29320 SCSI card? I am having the exact same problem, but can't seem to get
any answers. I don't understand why it won't see the hard drives, or even
load the module aic79xx for that matter. The driver won't stay loaded. I
know that FreeBSD sees them, however, I am unfamiliar with FreeBSD's
software mirroring, and would much rather using Trustix.
