Sure it is ... unless we're talking about wildcard-certificates.

I have a working ssl virtualhost... you just need to know how to configure it....
Yes you have exactly *one* vhost running.
Try to add a new one with the same IP. You'll see, that unless you're using another *.server.com in conjunction with a wildcard-cert for *.server.com, that your browser will throw a warning.
